How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days after you place your order and shipping time is estimated at 2-7 business days. You will receive an e-mail telling you that your order has been shipped along with tracking information.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No, we only ship product within Canada. All orders need a valid Canadian address.
Can I use my gift card online?
Unfortunately, due to the limitations of our point of sale system, gift cards can only be used for in-store purchases at this time.
Am I charged for shipping fees?
We currently have free shipping on all orders over $100 (before applicable taxes). For orders under $100 there will be a small fee added at time of check out. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
What if my ordered item is out of stock?
While we try our hardest to keep our inventory quantity up to date on our website, there is a small time delay that could allow an item to be purchased online when we don’t have any left in stock. If that occurs, we will contact you and refund your purchase.
Are all your brands and styles available online?
No, we have a much larger selection available in-store at our West Edmonton Mall location.

Not quite what you expected? No need to worry. We understand that sometimes you need to see it and feel it to know that you love it. Our online return policy goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re satisfied.
All items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your shipment. It’s that simple!
For hygiene reasons, all underwear is a final sale. Returned items must be unworn, clean and in original condition with tags in place. We are unable to adjust the price of previously purchased items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds can only be issued by original payment method.
Please e-mail your return request along with your order number, item(s) being returned and reason for returning to email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions to mail back any unwanted items. Alternatively, you may return in store along with your order confirmation. Sorry, we don’t cover the cost of return shipping.

We will gladly accept an exchange or issue a gift card for regular priced items within 7 days, if in original condition and accompanied by a receipt. SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE.
